What counts (and what doesn't)
Earns points

  • Rating a city for the first time.

  • Reporting a new issue with enough detail and a photo.

Does not earn points

  • Tapping “I’m affected” on an issue.

  • Re-rating the same city or posting spammy/duplicate issues.
